Tristan Hyest inherited his vineyards in Trélou-Sur-Marne from his father in the early 2000s after graduating from oenology school. He has since added to his vineyard holdings, growing pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier. His champagnes are aged on the lees in caves from 4 to 10 years.
Aromas of white flowers and blushy fruit. Fresh white strawberries on the palate with a brioche finish. Racy acidity and frothy bubbles. Classic tasting with a lively finish.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
