Parés Baltà is a third generation, family owned winery in the Penedès region of Spain with a history dating back to 1790. In 2004, all of the vineyards were certified as organic. Sheep are used to fertilize the soils and beehives to encourage pollination. The property also features a cava cellar that was built in the beginning of the twentieth century, 10 meters underground.
Notes of crushed oyster shell with a salty lemon lift. A refreshing light white wine.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
