Winemakers and brothers Bertrand and Vincent began managing their family property in 2001. The vineyards stand on three highly valued appellations (a legally defined geographical area where grapes are grown for wine production); Bourgueil, Chinon and Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. Bertrand handles the vineyard work and winemaking while Vincent covers grape breeding and trade.
This Chinon begins as a very classic cabernet franc with notes of wild berries and hints of green pepper structure, but it finishes with aromatic notes of ceylon cinnamon that linger.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
