The Cattin family came to Alsace in the 17th century and began making wine.  In 1850 one of their ancestors decided to found the family estate, which has remained in the family up to now. Currently managed by Jacques and Jean-Marie Cattin, alongside the latest generation represented by Jacques Jr., the estate has earned a reputation for exceptional wines, particularly riesling, gewürztraminer, and pinot gris.

The estate spans over 65 hectares of vineyards, which include a diverse range of terroirs and some of Alsace's most renowned Grand Cru vineyards. Sustainable viticulture practices have been implemented under the Cattins' leadership, garnering recognition and acclaim from wine enthusiasts worldwide. The estate encompasses two separate wineries, one dedicated solely to the production of their remarkable Crémant wines.

Powdery and clean mouthfeel with notes of floral bee pollen and lime zest. Soft acid.
