- producer: Emilio Lustau

Emilio Lustau was founded in 1896 by Don José Ruiz-Berdejo. The house began as an Almacenista and sold almost all of its wine to other houses. In the 1950s, they began making their own sherries. In the early 1980s, Emilio Lustau, then under the management of the late Rafael Balao, became one of the most innovative companies in Jerez, launching the “Almacenista” line and creating the distinctive bottle that we know today. Lustau produces all kinds of sherries from fino to oloroso to Pedro Ximenez, as well as vermouth.
From the producer: “Made with manzanilla from Sanlúcar, in a humid microclimate with the sea breeze from on the estuary of the Gudalquivir river. A delicate yet complex manzanilla, very dry and saline, giving a unique character to this vermouth. Alongside a careful selection of botanicals, it becomes the ideal choice to add a touch of distinction to the finest cocktails.”
