Winemaker Jacky Blot, also known as the “The Watchmaker of Montlouis” for his winemaking precision, founded Domaine de la Taille aux Loups in 1989. At the time Montlouis wasn't the popular and respected region it is today and Blot has helped make a name for it. He grows chenin blanc and cabernet franc, using organic and sustainable methods and is focused on dry, semi-dry, liqueur and dessert wines.
This chenin blanc has a luxurious and silky mouthfeel with notes of stone, honeyed stone fruit and a hint of apple butter on brioche.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
