From the importer: “Domaine Pierre Martin, a traditional and respected domaine located in the grand terroir of Chavignol, is owned and run by Pierre Martin. After working alongside his father, Yves, he started his own domaine from a scant 4 hectars of vines in the greatest village of Sancerre, Chavignol. The vines are raised using organic farming and the soils found in these beautiful, high altitude vineyards are a mixture of caillottes (stony, chalky pebbles) and terres blanches (a mixture of clay and limestone). With old vines and traditional vinification, this is a bastion for classically styled Chavignol Sancerre.”
Bright and stony with notes of grapefruit, wet stone and chalk.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
