Ciello vineyards thrive on the northwestern tip of Sicily in the sandy Alcamo hills. The Vesco family bought the property around 10 years ago and have gained certified organic status. They believe in low intervention winemaking and viticulture and focus exclusively on native grapes. They often conduct their hilly harvests at night to reduce stress on the grapes and retain their freshness. Ciello Bianco Terre Siciliane Catarratto 2021 is macerated for a short time on its skins, making it an orange wine and contributing structure.
Medium bodied and generously fruity, with soft tannins that balance the acidity. Juicy plums and cherries with dried herbs on the finish.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
